How much 3D printing costs in Lviv: prices and examples

If you’re looking for 3D printing in Lviv, you’ve come to the right place. My name is Artem Pronin, and I 3D-print parts, enclosures, prototypes and all kinds of non-standard things in PLA and PETG plastic. I work from Lviv but ship all over Ukraine by Nova Poshta.

What can be printed

Almost any plastic part up to 25×25×25 cm. Here’s what people order most often:

  • Electronics enclosures — Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32. That’s about 30% of my orders. More on the enclosure printing page.
  • Prototypes — to check dimensions and ergonomics before series production.
  • Spare parts — a plastic gear broke, a holder cracked, a cap went missing.
  • Mounts and adapters — a phone holder for the car, a camera mount for a bike.
  • Decor and gifts — figurines, lithophanes, name plates.
  • Drone parts — frames, propeller guards, camera mounts.

Materials and prices

PLA — from 5 UAH per gram

The most popular material. Suitable for most jobs: enclosures, prototypes, decor. It prints accurately with a smooth surface. Its only downside is that it starts to soften at 55–60°C.

PETG — from 6 UAH per gram

Stronger and more heat-resistant. It withstands up to 75°C and isn’t brittle. For functional parts, outdoor use and contact with water.

How to order

Step 1: Send an STL/STEP file. If there’s no model, we’ll tell you where to find a ready-made one (on Printables, Thingiverse or MakerWorld) or who can make it.

Step 2: I load the model into the slicer and give you an exact price within 15 minutes. Free of charge.

Step 3: We agree the material, colour and quantity. Payment by card.

Step 4: Printing takes 1–3 days. A small part — a few hours.

Step 5: Delivery by Nova Poshta across Ukraine (1–2 days).

FAQ

Do I need a 3D model?

It’s preferable but not essential. With a ready STL the process is faster. Without a model, we’ll discuss the task, and I’ll find a ready-made one or recommend a modeller.

How strong is printed plastic?

For home use, more than enough. PLA handles moderate loads, PETG more serious ones. Gears, clips, mounts — they all work.

What if I’m not from Lviv?

No problem. More than half of our clients are from other cities. Nova Poshta delivers in 1–2 days.

How long do I wait for the finished part?

Printing takes 1–3 days, a small part a few hours. Delivery by Nova Poshta takes another 1–2 days.

How do I pay for the order?

Payment by card after we agree the material, colour and quantity.
