Spare parts 3D printing — restore parts without waiting or overpaying

A broken gear in a food processor, a cracked shelf bracket, a lost cap from a washing machine — sound familiar? Original spare parts are often unreasonably expensive, take weeks to arrive and are sometimes discontinued altogether. 3D printing spare parts solves this problem once and for all: you get an exact copy of the part you need within days and at an affordable price.

Our spare parts 3D printing service in Ukraine helps owners of household appliances, repair technicians, manufacturers and car owners get equipment working again without unnecessary costs. We take orders online, print from your 3D model and ship finished parts by Nova Poshta all over the country. From small plastic pieces to complex mechanical components, we print spare parts that perform just as well as the originals.

Need more than a single spare part? If you need batch printing of parts or enclosures, see also custom 3D printing and enclosure 3D printing.

Which spare parts can be printed

FDM printing can produce a wide range of plastic parts that used to be available only from the manufacturer. These are the most popular types of spare parts we print:

  • Household appliance parts — gears, handles, buttons, holders, feet, end caps, trays and containers for washing machines, dishwashers, food processors, meat grinders, coffee machines and other appliances.
  • Furniture components — shelf brackets, connectors, feet, drawer rollers, hinges, wardrobe rail holders, latches and other small but critical parts.
  • Adapters and converters — custom adapters between different mounting standards, hose adapters, couplings, non-standard fittings and accessory mounts.
  • Tool parts — clamps, grips, guides, protective covers, handles and ergonomic attachments for hand and power tools.
  • Car parts — trim clips, sensor holders, blanking plugs, brackets, glovebox organisers and other non-structural interior plastic parts.

Materials for functional spare parts

For spare parts that work under load, the choice of material is especially important:

  • PETG — the all-round choice for most spare parts. It has high mechanical strength, resists impacts and isn’t brittle even at low temperatures. It withstands temperatures up to 80°C, which matters for parts of appliances that heat up in use. PETG also resists most household chemicals and doesn’t degrade under UV.
  • TPU — on request: a flexible material for seals, gaskets, dampers and protective bumpers — parts that need to absorb impacts.
  • PLA — suits parts with minimal mechanical load: handles, buttons, decorative elements, end caps. It gives the best surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

The cost of a 3D-printed spare part compared with the original

In most cases, 3D printing a spare part costs much less than buying the original. The savings are especially noticeable for parts of discontinued appliances, imported components with long delivery times and small plastic parts that manufacturers only sell as part of a kit. You also save time — instead of waiting weeks for delivery, you get the part in 1–3 days.

Send us a 3D model of the part, and we’ll quote the printing and suggest the best material for your case.

Two materials for any job

PLA

from 5 UAH/g

Precise and smooth — for decor, figurines, prototypes and models.

  • Accuracy down to 100 µm
  • Smooth surface, easy to paint
  • Wide choice of colours

PETG

from 6 UAH/g

Strong and durable — for functional parts and enclosures.

  • High strength, impact resistant
  • Moisture resistant
  • Holds its shape up to 80 °C

FAQ

What if there’s no 3D model of the spare part?

Search by the appliance name on Printables, Thingiverse or MakerWorld — models of many spare parts already exist. Can’t find one? We’ll tell you who can model it from a sample. We print from a ready-made file.

Which plastic can take the load?

For most spare parts — PETG: strong, not brittle in the cold, holds up to 80 °C. PLA is for parts without load: handles, buttons, end caps.

Which files do you need for printing?

Send a 3D model in STL, OBJ, STEP or 3MF format. No file? We’ll tell you where to find a ready-made model (on Printables, Thingiverse or MakerWorld) or who can make one.

How much does printing cost?

The price depends on the material, size and complexity of the model. Typical prices: PLA from 5 UAH/g, PETG from 6 UAH/g, TPU on request. The minimum order is 250 UAH. Quotes are free.

What print accuracy do you offer?

We print with layers from 0.1 mm on a Bambu Lab A1 printer with dimensional accuracy to ±0.2 mm. Layer height ranges from 0.1 to 0.3 mm depending on the surface requirements.

Can I order a batch of parts?

Yes, we print both single items and small batches. Identical parts are printed together, so the per-piece price in a batch is lower.

How does delivery work?

By Nova Poshta anywhere in Ukraine, usually in 1–2 days. We ship on the day printing is finished or the next working day and send you the tracking number.
