Who processes your data

The personal data controller is Artem Pronin, owner of the “3D Print” print shop, Lviv. For questions about personal data, email info@3dprint.lviv.ua, message us on Telegram or WhatsApp or call +380 97 876 00 36.

What data we collect

Data you provide yourself. Through the request form on the home page and on the Contact and Prices pages: your name, email, phone (optional), order description and 3D model files (STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF, ZIP, RAR). If you message us on Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram, email us or call, we receive the data you share in that conversation. For delivery — your surname, first name, phone number and Nova Poshta branch.

Data collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source and time of visit — via Google Analytics 4 (connected through Google Tag Manager) and Cloudflare, which protects the site and makes it load faster. In addition to page views, Google Analytics receives anonymised interaction events: clicks on buttons, menu items and contacts, scroll depth, time on page, expanded questions, actions in the price calculator (a sample or your own file, file type and size, material, quantity, estimated weight and total, calculator messages — without the model file itself), steps of filling in the request form (which fields you filled in, the material chosen, the type and size of the attached file — without the content of the fields and without the files themselves), page load speed and technical errors on the site. We only see this data in aggregated form and do not use it to identify you.

Why we use it

• to work out the price and lead time for printing your model;
• to fulfil the order, contact you and ship the part;
• to answer your questions;
• to understand how visitors use the site and improve it;
• to protect the site from spam and attacks.

We don’t send marketing emails, and we don’t sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Your 3D model files

The price calculator on the Prices and service pages calculates the model right in your browser: the file only reaches our server when you attach it to a request — in the form or with the “Send for an exact quote” button. If the request is never sent, the temporary file is automatically deleted from the server within 2 days. We use the files you send only to quote and print your order. We don’t publish them, don’t share them with third parties and don’t print from them for other customers. We may show photos of finished parts on the site or on Instagram only with your consent. We’ll delete your files at any time on request.

Legal basis for processing

Your consent — when you send a request or message us; performance of the agreement on printing and delivery; our legitimate interest — site security and visit analytics.

Who data may be shared with

Only with services without which the site and orders can’t work, and only to the extent necessary:

• the hosting provider whose server runs the site and stores requests and files;
• Cloudflare — site protection and delivery;
• Google — visit statistics (Google Analytics) and the mailbox that receives request notifications;
• Nova Poshta — to deliver your order;
• Telegram — it receives a copy of your request, as well as your messages if you write to us in the messenger;
• WhatsApp (Meta) — your messages if you write to us on WhatsApp yourself;
• Instagram — if you message us in Direct yourself.

Some of these services may process data outside Ukraine under their own privacy policies. We may also provide data to public authorities where required by law.

How long we keep data

Requests, correspondence and files — for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle warranty questions and repeat orders, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner. Google Analytics statistics are kept for 14 months, after which Google deletes them automatically.

Cookies and data in your browser

Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to count visits. Cloudflare may set technical cookies to protect against bots. The site remembers your choice of light or dark theme in your browser (localStorage) — this information isn’t sent to us. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; Google Analytics tracking can be turned off with the official Google add-on. The site works without cookies too.

Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to know what data of yours we process and for what purpose, to access it, to request its correction or deletion, to withdraw consent to processing, to object to processing, and to file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court. To exercise any of these rights, email info@3dprint.lviv.ua — we’ll reply within 30 days.

How we protect data

The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection, only the owner of the print shop has access to requests and files, and the server and admin panel are password-protected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we connect a new service. The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top.
